Southwest region of China is covered with mountains and plateaus vastly. Terrain and climate of this area is complex exceedingly. Many airports are plateau ones. All of these features make it difficult and high-risk to develop civil aviation. With the propelling of development of the west regions, more plateau airports and airlines will be built in the southwest. What was worse, more and more safe flights will make our nation's safety management face rigorous test. Firstly, this paper analyzed features of the southwest and accidents or incidents of this region recent ten years; Secondly, it indicated four inducements, including bird strike, crews, the mechanical and general aviation; Lastly, this paper built a grey incidence analysis model to analyze all kinds of inducement. This final result will tell us one inducement has badly affected safety of China's civil aviation, and some government or airline has to take some measures to prevent this kind of accident or incident.

This paper built a net model of firefighting system for airports based on amount of investigation. What is more, this paper improved the typical short-path problem in operational research. Improved model can be used to optimize location of airports firefighting system. These optimization results can provide a quantitative basis for building of firefighting device. In fact, location optimization of airport emergency firefighting system can reduce response time when airports emergency accidents happen.

Airport Risk Management is one of the core issues that civil aviation to carry out the construction of airport safety management system. Based on risk matrix theory, using the system concept, combining the characteristics of the risk management of civil airport, the paper explore the assessment index system of the airport risk management from impact probability (potential) index system and severity factor index system. In this paper, combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics, probability assessment vector and severity factor assessment vector for risk management assessment is established according to risk matrix method.. The result is obtained the hazard degree of the airport risk management from example. Finally, ,we identify the need to take relevant risk based on risk level. The conclusion showed that the method is simple, spends less time, is flexible and workable, to attain dynamic assessment.

During the rapid urbanization process, villages are undergoing the problem of deprovincialization and promoted the pace of the end of the village in China. Rethinking from the space production of the government, developers and residents in the process of space production leads to the profound consideration of the loss of regional culture, the differentiation of social space structure and so on.
